Too Late & Bad Service From Service Centre

Dear Sir,

My name is Dilip Prajapati, I have Purchased A nokia 6700c Phone on 23-2. And the IMEI No. Is 356943035085431.

On 21st Of may My Phones display was broken. on 22nd May

I Submitted my Phone For Repairing At FONEMAN Service centre, Andheri (E). and the jobsheet no. is 761504867/100522/29.

A service man committed me within 1 week my phone will be repaired.

Then on 25th may they called me that my cell phone is repaired and please collect it from the service centre.

When i gone to collect the cell cell was repaired and Oned Successfully But the flash Light was Contuining ON. So i Leaved My Cell For Repairing Again They Committed for 1 week. And after that there is no reply from the system for weeks. And on 9th June they called me and messed me that my cell was repaired.

when i was visited to collect my phone the phone was not starting also. and they are saying that your phone will wont repair.

so what it means?
