Problem in internet connection

Dear sir

I have activated net on my nokia c3 some days ago but since then net is not working in my phone. I have tried vodafone customer care numbers i.e. 111, 198 & 1909 for several times but those numbers are not working. Now you are kindly requested to help me in this regard so that i can use internet facility on my phone.
