NOKIA- C3 Mobile/ Airtel Net surfing Offe

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Nokia-C3 model. One offer is given by Airtel, along with the mobile that 2 GB of net surfing is free for 6 months. Shop keeper told that within 24 hours facility will be activated but even after 48 hrs passed unable to use the facility. Spoken to Airtel customer care, they also tried to activate and ervery time they said that we are our call to our senior and then they disconnet the call.

Airtel BPO services are really very poor.

Pls do the needful at the earliest.
