Sir/Madam,

I am using nokia cells from past 3 years. Every year there is some problem. Recently i m using Nokia 5800 had a problem for sound, have my extended warranty for 3 years certified and given to me by croma for which croma has charged 1500 extra, on consulting nokia care centre borivali they asked me to pay Rs.450/- charges where the warranty as per nokia exisits only for 6 months..on consulting croma the scheme is still valid... where do i need to complaint... they are not ready to connect to their officers..they are very well versed with changing parts and fooling people... where is common man suppose to go??? i m sincerly wanting strict actions against nokia care centre, LT Road, (Borivali) West, Mumbai 92
