Handset faulty

Sir/Madam,

I have purchased the Nokia hand set (C5) from Nokia Priority bithhan market (Nokia dealer) on 7th July. On 29th March the Unlock key was not working So I went to Nokia Care Bithhan market, Bhopal.

The Handset was in warranty period and They resolved the problem of Unlock key but They damaged other functions like side volume key and Camera functionality. I complained again there but they didn't any positive response beside they started deal to change the handset in place of new handset at Rs 1800.

Sir, This is my new handset of Rs 8200 and I want to resolve all problems as discussed as soon as possible.
