My cell phone nokia 5800 x-press music is not functioning properly. I had given it to nokia care at Valsad for software updation and service under warranty. After service its touchscreen was not working properly. I was not even available to make and receive calls, it just went off. Nokia care representative informed me it was a software problem and some time he told me its touch pad problem. Now phone lies with nokia care at vapi since 8 days. But still no response from any where. Its still under warranty and no body responding to the problem
