Touch screen not working

We have purchased nokia c 5 phone in the month of may. but now our phone met with a major problem which touch screen is not working. it is under warranty the nokia care people solved the problem but i want the warranty extension of my phone. they are rejecting to do so. my name is mvdv prasad. phone no 9490185619.
