Some hardware problem

Hi I bought the nokia c5-03 mobile 3 months.the phone is working properly.but my problem the phone automatically switching off and getting on i dont whats the reason i think it may be a software problem i want the reason for why the mobile is automatically switching off waiting for a reply from customer care. my contact no is 7708900894.
