No network coverage for 5 days

Recently I've taken a postpaid connection (Plan 99) from your cellular service. But from the last 5 days I'm not getting any network signal. The customer care guys say the same thing everyday that the server is down. I've also checked the SIM card in different handsets to check that if there is any fault with my handset but in vain. So, please help me at your earliest. Thanking you in advance.
