Number portability

I had requested for number portability on my number 9821174463 to switch from Loop to IDEA on 27th Jan and have submitted all the required documents to the executive from IDEA who came to collect them,

after repeated emails to your department and repeated calls, i still have no response and i am with the idea sim card but the service provider never got switched, its about to be 2 months now.

I hope my documents are not used for wrong purposes
