Dear sir,

I submitted my nokia phone model-e71-1, serial no. 359357031251342 in NOKIA CARE:- PODDAR TELECOM, C.G. Tower, H.B. Road Plaza Chowk, RANCHI - 834001, JHARKHAND on 16/10 only for change power switch job sheet no. 51342 and when i had collected my handset on 24/10. I found there are many problem on handset-

1.screen problem

2. Mic is not working (so i face problem in calling).

3. mis handle with phone

When i told them on receiving they gives many excuses.

I am really frusted to hear these excuses and i am really sorry say that the service of nokia care is really bad.

Please take action for this in against of PODDAR TELECOM
