Complaint on the Service of Nokia Care

I brought a Nokia C6 Mobile on 2nd March. Now I am a facing a problem that when I am opening my slide

the display is not working. So I gave it for service to Nokia Care, Indira Nagar Branch (C.M.H Road), Bangalore, Karnataka on

Though I have the warranty period till next year they are asking me to pay for the services by saying some reasons.

Then I said I am not able to pay the amount so i asked them to return the mobile. Now while returning the mobile to me the front display

of my mobile also not at all working. While asking to them, they are answering "It is like that only, We cannot help".

They are not giving the proper answer while asking. Please kindly take some action and make them to
