UNNECESSARY CHARGING OF AMOUNT & POOR RESPONSE

Hello there,

I am Subhas from Bangalore and I'm a happy user of Nokia cellphone. Actually my new Nokia X6 had some problem like Scratch of Panels, software and Headset. And I submit my mobile for repair in (JOB SHEET No-514465550/100819/103)

Nokia Care Bright Caree, Malleshwaram, Bangalore. And they charged Rs-4500 for replacement of penel and Software update and Headset connector. But the problem of Headset is not yet solved, but now they are saying that You must have pay further amount to solve the Headset problem. And even they are hesitates to give the information. So, here i request you to please solve my problem and hope you may Suggest the employees of BRIGHT CARE to behave happily with the customers.
