Customer care executive has given wrong information because of that i have lost my all valuable data and contacts has lost

Dear sir,

Sub : - Nupal Khanna Customer care executive has given wrong information.

I was facing a small problem in my hand set, i.e. i was getting calls but sound and vibration was not coming, so i thought greate company Nokia care will help in this regard, but Sorry to say this word Nokia care has kept useless persons in there service system, they have given wrong information, because of that i have lost my entire data base, contacts, important messages, evening my family members numbers also lost, and Once again i have called customer care, that time they are telling they have not given number, so because there silly mistake i have lost my data base.

So, i am writing mail to you, thinking you will help me in this regard, to get Good service and compensation for my loss.
