I purchased a mobile Model No. Nokia E5 IMEI N0 357413043414030 on 30/05 from a authorize dealer "Grace Communications, 15, NIT Building, Opp. Sudama Cinema, Nagpur-10" which is given to the same dealer for repair twice within two months of purchase. I feel it is a defective piece, having manufacturing defect. So I requested to replace it with a new one preferably with a different series as I have lost faith in this series.
