Universal Mobile Stores at A S Rao Nagar has not yet provided or send the gift vocher to me for which I brough Nokia E63 on 12th Dec. I would like to approach consumer court to sort out this issue. They are playing with customers. This is not first time for me. This message is to alert the public while choosing the above shop.
