Dear Sir/Madam

This is to bring to your notice that i had purchased Nokia Lumia 800 on 5the march investing in a major part of my salary into the purchase of a well established and renowned brand handset. But the handset started giving a lot of trouble within 4 days of the purchase such that i couldn't make any calls from my mobile because the calls kept on getting ended on dialling the number and on 10th march i approached the Nokia Care centre O-9, 1st Floor, Lajpat Nagar 2, Lajpat Nagar, Delhi on 19the March and showed them the handset and explained thee problem it had posed. Firstly they clearly told me that they can't rectify the problem because apparently the Nokia Care centre did not have the software.and i have to come back on Monday to show them the handset again because apparently the Nokia Care centre did not have the software. From this point of time the harassment of being a customer began. I told them to rectify it immediately otherwise the phone is of no use to me, so they gave a a cold shoulder and told me to come back on Monday. The software was installed on Monday and handset was working ok.

The problem again cropped up on 19th March and I approached the NCC, O-9, 1st Floor, Lajpat Nagar 2, Lajpat Nagar, Delhi. The female Center Manager there attended to the problem and told me that the same problem has arisen with many Nokia Lumia handsets and was rectified at their centre but she can't understand why my handset is posing an exceptional problem that it has not been resolved after the software installment. So I demanded the replacement of handset with a new NOKIA LUMIA 800 as this was an exceptional problem and should be catered to ASAP. She took my handset and said that replacement is not possible and the problem will be resolved and the handset will be given back within 4-5 days. I can't wait for them to experiment on it and instead I want to strongly put forthe my point that the problem was there already and thus NOKIA is responsible for it and should immediately replace it with a brand new NOKIA LUMIA 800. It was a new handset bought on 5th march and as a customer of NOKIA and they being a service provider they should give me a brand NEW NOKIA LUMIA 800.

This frequent trips t nokia care centre is creating havoc for me affecting my professional, personal life as the money invested in it too much and because of which i am undergoing a lot of mental stress.

Please look into the matter and take necessary actions.
