Dear Sir/Madam

This is to inform you that myself Girish Rawat, a very old customer of NOKIA want to aware you about my problems in my NOKIA phone. I bought NOKIA-5800 Music Express, IMEI NO is

3582470363587324 months back. In this time period, I faced lots of problems in my phonelike the phone got dead or power does n’t switch on. It happened thrice times in just

one weak. I don’t think it’s a minor fault, it is a major fault and it’s a manufacturing defect. I took to my phone to the Nokia Care (Star Communication), Dilshad Garden for repairing and they are having

really non-technical persons at there service centre. They just did something with the Software and then returned back to me and then again the same problems occured and I took it again there and

they did same with the phone and again the problem occured. I faced this problem thrice times. Then finally they decided to send my phone to Nokia Head Office for den days. After 10 days, when I got

my phone back the power problem solved out but when I checked my phone properly, I was completely shocked because there are spots on the screen, charging point is damaged, touch screen was not

woking properly and the major problem was from your side is that the screen fitted onto it was unbalanced as the alighment was out and not fitted in a right manner. I am sure that the screen was not

mine and was changed from other handset. I really don’t expect this from Nokia Head Office after 10 days. If the head office is doing these type of big mistakes then where the customer will go further. As I

am a very old customer of Nokia, I really trust on Nokia and now I am really very disappointed with the given service of Nokia really don’t want this phone back as Nokia has left it of no use. I really

appreciate if nokia will replace my handset. I won’t take this phone back.i want a new handset. Otherwise, i will go for the Consumer Court or the same.but i know that you will definately replace my

handset with the new one.and not disappointed me anymore.this is my humble request to you please replace my hanset with the new one handset.so, my trust on nokia will remain alive forever.
