Phone not Repairable (without water damage or Physical damage)

I am using Nokia N-73 since last 2 years, my phone is not working since last two months & nokia is telling that it can't be repaired. The phone is not water damaged or physical damaged even though they are not ready to repair. This is very serious & need some serious action against them.
