Complain regarding my new phone pro

I have purchassed a nokia c3 handset in the beginning of the month of february.

and within 10 day from date of purchase i have started having trancodr problem.the person to whom i m calling cannot hear my voice and only disturbance is heard.

i feel i have been cheated and i want my phone to be replaced

please help
