Nokia x3-02
Touch screen problem

Sir/madam,

I purchase a nokia x3-02 in month of april, in the month of june the touch of that phone was stopped working so i submit it to nokia care they said it takes times, & money for repairing i said ok, more than 1 month my phone was submitted in the care but there is no solution, they returned me the set & the body of that set was damaged. when i told him abt that damaged they said i will repaired it when part will come.but till now more than 3 months the touch & damaged part of X3-02 is unavailable in nokia care not only bhiwani, i was also try in other nokia cares also but it is not available any where .so that i requesting u plz provide me the solution of my nokia handset.
