F&F Not Clearing by Company

Hi, I had worked with NR Services from Aug'Mar'2009 and at the time of resignation, I had served proper notice. But the company is not able to do F&F settlement. As per finance team, cheque of Rs. 18600/- is ready but unable to get the signature of boss due to boss is not well or boss is out etc... I am doing follow-up from last 1 and half year, but still company is saying that boss is not signing the cheque... (http://www.nrserv.com)

Kindly suggest for legal action if I can take or help me in this regard.
