After recharge my balance not showing in my account

Hi,

my number is 9990788840 and i have recharge my number in last thirsday (26/07) amount for rs 18/- (message card recharge) but when i have send message to my friend that messsage was failed and when i tryed to get information from Idea customer care they tell me our server down again and again.

i have tryed Idea customer care minimum 4 times but i have find nothing from there.

Resolve my issues that will be so much helpfull for me.
