I took my sim when aircel was lunched at ..COCHIN, KERALA STATE.. I am one of first customers of kerala aircel.. For last 6 MONTHS I have Recharged RS 97 Pocket internet RECHARGE...

PROBLEM/COMPLAINT... I have no INCOMING when using aircel GPRS when using gprs i am in out of coverage... Area when there is full coverage...

I had called CUSTOMER CARE and lodged a complaint there..1st complaint on february...

latest complaint number 1-1255935763. AT last one customer executive told me AIRCEL network is upgraded so... U cannot get incoming calls while... using GPRS...
