Value added service activated without my permission

I, Jitendra kumar singh s/o Ajay kr singh, R/o f 2/218 sangamvihar new delhi 110062, purchased a simcard of AIRCEL from a dealer on 28 october. since then I have been using this number 9716665216 .

on 30th november I recharged my account balance by Rs 50&Rs 98 .on the same night at 12:00:08 night i received the following massege :

Your Request for AIRCEL Dialer Tune will be activated Shortly. A Renewal fee of Rs.30 will be charged after 30 days. Thank you!

next day the above stated amount was done deducted from my account . i phoned to the costumer care no to clear this thing .i told them that i had not requested for this servise. they said ok your matter will be solved in few days. During some days the persons kept on phoning me to ask me that wheather my problem was solved or not.. I tell them the same thing what i had already told them.

Now i want my money back with compensation from the AIRCEL because they have charged me for that service which was neither required by me nor i requested for.
