Unsubsription of dialer tunes

Sir actually i am not subscribe my dialer tunes its subscribe automatically in my phone and some charges are deducted from my phone.i gave some complains to customer care for delete my dialer tune, but they are not take any step. Same problem arises in my son mobile. So please take step against aircel.
