Dialert Tune activate without any info and cutting the balance

Aircel co. activate the Dialert Tune service without any permission as wel as any info to the customer. Example is me-- Suddenly a SMS came to my cell on 27.02.2010saying "your DT will be renewed in two days", I was surprised and checked my balance, I found that Rs.7/- was deducted from my balance then I called to the customer care, they replied that the DT service was activated on 23.02.2010 at 10pm. I wanted to convince them that I didn't actvite DT, but they didn't agree with me and said that talk value can't be refunded. Hence I deactivated the DT service otherwise I will be charged with Rs. 30/-.These type of incidents already happened to my other family member and friends who were aircel customer.
