Aircel
Poor service

I have Aircel connection with number – 8802587251. I recharged my mobile on 16/3 by Rs. 225/- for 24 hours aircel to aircel free service. Bt I am unable to call on any aircel number after sharp 11 pm for whole night. I m able to call on other networks like airtel, idea, reliance, local as well as std. except aircel. I made complaint to customer care multiple times. The customer care executives also try to mislead by giving instructions like your handset is having some problem. I tried by another handset also, bt that was not the solution. My complaint ID is 1-1771589156. But not get solution yet. My problem was resolved on 23/3 but only for 1 that day, bt from another day i again faced the same problem. So, I am cheated from aircel. I am frustrated with the poor service. This is the most horrible connection I have taken. Please help me.
