Complain agaist hello tune

Respected sir/madm,

I am Neeraj Goel customer of Aircel Company 8802119784 (Prepaid). I put complain as soon as i aware of hello tune. My first complent on 03-may-10 the day when hello tune activated, as I didn't know how hellotune activated on my mobile I got message that u hav been charged Rs.30 for caller tune & hadn't press any no. to select the song. I call to customer care & told them about this problem, they give me answer that it has been done by me its not there fault. plz look in this matter because i m not the one facing the same problem.plz for this thing i had paid a lot which cannot be tell here. do something its a request
