I have requested to close my lost number to custmer care through my friends number (9716231896) but they cloesd my friends number not the lost number (9716139861).

complent number is1-2563265190...

now i want to open my friends no. and close my lost no.

also want to any action should be taken against custmer care for giving me problems..
