Unable to convert from Postpaid to Prepaid

Hi,

I am using aircel postpaid connection.my Num : 9094******

on 11th Nov i gave a request for Converting from Postpaid to Prepaid. still my request is pending and nothing is processed.still my connection in POSTPAID only. i called to customer care and i raised a request on aircel care also but no use.
