Harassment by call center representatives

I have been harassed by call center representatives from TATA AIG Health Insurance trying to sell a policy. We are mot even spared on Sundays. Today i.e on 25th Nov at 1pm we got a call from the no:02024474426. The guy was very rude and when we said that we are not interested he was pestering by asking question like why? give the reasons.. When i told him that i would complain he dared me to do so and asked me where will i go to lodge complaint. We would be happy if some action is taken against this guy and further calls are stopped.
