Not activating mobile numbe

Dear sir,

i have applied for converting my postpaid number to prepaid number. number are 9604789964 and 9604369964... on 5 th dec 12. I have submitted the required document but till date I am not able to receive service. I am not able to make incoming and outgoing calls as New given SIM is not activated.the .i got SMS on 6 th Dec 12 from idea and given communation ID:

161310154

because of this service i am not able receive Important calls which are very crucial for me.

You are kindly requested to look in to this matter and solve the case.
