My brother have taken aircel connection mob no 9768427576i the name of umashankar kewat, it is used by me (ramnath kewat) i have recharged with Rs.10/- recharge coupen on which talktime of Rs.7/- is mentioned but i got only Rs.6/-, when i call the callcentre 198 (complaint no.) they refuse to provide me the complaint. i have the voucher with me.
