Not responding the customercare

Sir, my name is ajo.. i have a complaint on my number 9946261674.when i in need of the customer service executive of vodafone for some assistance, they are fail to connect my number..so many times i tried to speak, but i couldn't..And also i am not happy with the services..now i have recharged with RS.149 for getting unlimited internet, but now its going to be one hour and till now there is no respond from vodafone.. I am not able to make a call to the customer care.. so please help me and file this as a complaint..regards, Ajo.
