Unfair balance deduction

I am a disgusted customer of "tata docomo". My number is 9072609350.

i got a message saying "TA-5333300: You have purchased podcast on Right colleges for Architecture for Rs. 15. Dial 533330101 (FREE) to listen to expert advice. "

Wat the hell?

I swear i hav nt purchased this crap from tata docomo.

And when i checked my balance, 15 rs. vanished.

This is not the first time i am losing money like this.

And when i contacted customercare they are

saying "u have used gprs, thats why your balance is deducted"

Really fed up with Tata Docomo

Funny thing is that they even have an ad saying "know what you are paying for"

The question is that if we are not using the service

why would we be charged?
