Subscription of service without consent and no refund of money

Hi,

Company - Reliance -My service -Reliance cdma, my number is 7428283698

The Value added service 'Love Tips' are subscribed into my reliance cdma number unnecessarily . my money got deducted and not get credited back to my number. i even e-mailed their customer care email id, as the customer care number deliberately do not have any option to talk to representative or register a complaint. I will drag them to consumer court if they do not refund my money and stop adding these useless services without my consent.
