No Refund

On 23rd Rs 49 for some event (As per Docomo CSR)

& Rs 15 for Women's Health Pack

I called the CSR and they assured refund (Also unsubscribed from the pack) saying they have forward my number to their higher official and the refund will take place in maximum 24 Hours...

I got nothing and called back again and asked for refund CSR replied that no refund is in progress and the Rs 64 will not be refund since they dont have the option to do so...

Even after I explain everything the CSR repeted "We dont have option to Refund"

Then why the 1st Guy said it will be refund.

I want my money back.

Rs 64..
