Nokia c1-01
Unable to receive text messages

Starting from the 2nd of December I am unable to receive any text messages in my Nokia C1-01 model. The problem is with the phone and not the service provider as messages are getting received if the sim card (Airtel) is inserted into another phone. Please look into the issue as it is causing mighty grievance.
