Unwanted dialertune activated

My mobile no.9730135610 today i.e 15may i receive call from aircel, he said do u want to activate dialer tune it just like he is selling a dialer tune.

I am not interesting in this service and disconnect the call.after few hours i got a msg d.tune service is activate without my consent and 30rs deducted.

I want my bal.revert to me.
