Dear TRAI,

we the people of India unable to find the cause behind the Blackout Days!

when like every foreign company the Telecom companies are going to suck the peoples money through many policy (I am not gonna specify those here, every user know very well about it), we the consumers are watching that in This country TRAI like section is made to help them indirectly. If it is not true, then why Blackout Days?? if you want to stop some particular facilities, do it for all time. when we are going to avail some facilities to wishing our friends and families through those scheme, in those special days you are started a new system called BLACKOUT DAYS!! is there any particular reason behind this, or you are helping them to collect more money from the people of India??

I am sending these complaint to the other complaint registration website.
