GPRS not working

I am T24 constomer, my cell no is 8446098503. I am strugling for GPRS activation since last 15 days. So many times talked to coustomer care for sending the GPRS setting. They always says that now they have sent and you might be recieve the same within 20-30 minutes. Still I was not get this setting.

So we called coustomer care and manualy did the setting as per their advise 2-3 times. Still GPRS not working.

On 06-Jan-13, I have talked to Rina at Big Bazar Amanora Township, Pune. Still issue is not resolved.

I have even recharge data plan for 100 Rs for 1GB for two month validity.

So help to resolve mu issue ASAP.
