Autosubcription of value added services

Dear sir,

Rs 30 is deducting from my balance automatically on the name of value added services 3 times on month of dec - jan. Last deduction was for "offer of the day". This is very disappointing.

I request you to look into the matter as soon as possible and revert me back.
