LOST MY RS. 99 WITHOUT ANY BENEFIT

Respected sir,

I have recharged my reliance prepaid no. 8657476154 with mobile internet pack of rs. 99 by easy recharge on date 11-01 time: - 7 pm. Recharge was successful but I haven"t got any gprs plan with this recharge and even I diden"t got any balance or even any other pack. This is total unfare with me. My money lost without giving me any benefit. I called customer care 4 times also talked with senior customer care and all of them are unable to solve my problem and unable to take any action against this. This is really strange

I want my money back or give me internet pack of 3gb of 1 month as you mentioned on your website.

I want immediate action against this
