Unwanted Balance Deduction

Hi,

I am an unfortunate customer of MTS mobile.

My Phone no- 8640851971

I took MTS Moblile services Few months ago, and i have recharge my mobile with 30 rs and after some time they deducted my balance and balance got .11 paisa without any reason. I immediately registered a complaint with the Customer Care and I was promised that the matter would be resolved in 10 minutes. But they seemed to be sleeping on my issue as I had to continuously call CUSTOMER CARE and finally after slogging for 4 hours, i am here for complaints...

This is a pathetic service and an incompetent staff.
