I already gave complaint through direct aircel show room (9841359399, 9710929399) dated on and i paid for that by cheque regarding name tranfer, its take around more than one year, i ask u one thing is it worked out or not, tell me frankly, i send u this same complaint thru mail again and again thru customer care but still am not getting any proper response from your side, if u do the same i will see u thru legally.
For ur kind information 9841359399 this mobile no bill not yet received still, so how could i find out the bill amount, at the same time am not able to access internet billing service, so i didn't pay my bill the main reason is name could not be changed, again am wait in for ur response and wat abt my complaint is it still in process or closed
Aircel provide me a good service, am really happy about your service i had neither no 9710929399, i had no words to say u debit RS25 for CUG every month, i told u lot of time to refined my amount, and the charges that u debited for name change, i have idea to change my network very soon. i will promoted other network service...
