Complaint against Reliance Broadband

Sir/Madam,

I want to file a complaint againt reliance telecom... They are delaying my payment again and again even their after overing of its time period also... I had registered a request to refund my payment on 25th Nov and still i have not get it... Ans my Subscriber ID/s :371629650640 abd email id is shankyarora2008@gmail.com... And even i had called to consumer care many times but i have not got any solution from it..They only said to wait..Now i want to take a serious actions against them... Now i am fed up and i m totally get frustrated... They only used to make fool the public... so plss guide me for the steps taken to fire a case file againt Reliance Communication Limited..
