UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTION OF CALLER TUNE CHARGES

I have taken two mobile connections of AIRCEL in the name of my sister named SANGITA PRASAD whose number is 7278329434 and in the name of my father of the same service provider named GUNESHWAR PRASAD SRIVASTAVA whose number is 9804322375. I have requested the consumer care officer of the said company to stop CALLER TUNES of both the company as well as sent about 5 SMS, but till date it was not stopped and they are deducting unauthorised amount from my account. Pl. help
