Refund of Rs 60/- overdue

My prepaid ph connection was debited by Rs30 each for 2 months even though the ph was not in use. In fact I had removed the SIM card as I was out of Hyd.

Even then they debited this amount towards caller tunes. I was not aware that it was ON and that I had to pay for it. I never asked them to provide it and so was not aware because caller tunes are heard by the other party.

I have repeatedly asked them to call me and refund the amount but they have neither contacted me nor refunded.

Why shd Mob service providers behave so highhandedly? Does TRAI ever take cognisance of this?

I get stupid msg of ph and although I have sent DND 10 times yet these msg (SMS) continue. In fact service providers themselves start these and irritate us and then by mistake if we press the button u get charged.

These opr shd activate services only if especially requested by us in writing or email and not otherwise.

Can anyone help.
