Aircel prepaid connection
Activated dialer tune & deducted amount without my request trom Mobile No 918013662441

In my Aircel prepaid connection no 918013662441 Dialer Tune has been acivated on 09/02. I deactivate the same by sending massage to on 5800000. But charges deducted by the company.

Again the Dialer Tune has been acivated on 12/02 on same connection. I deactivate the same by sending massage to on 5800000. But charges deducted by the company.

Kindly advice me to what I can do to return the charges deducted and in future no one can harassed me or any user to activate the the unwanted services
